Eden Smith is a data staffing, consulting, and training firm that provides people and bespoke data solutions to clients worldwide. They are a global leader due to their creative business approach, which includes various divisions: Staffing, Exec Search, Data Services, and Education, focusing on nurturing top talent for the future!

In their search for a dependable CRM, they ran into issues such as divided functionality, complicated integrations, various service lines and the inability to handle data reliably. Eden Smith's CEO, Jez Clark has an infectious smile that grows wider when he talks about the business insights that his Mercury system brings. Using customised dashboards and Power BI reports, Jez is able to quickly evaluate how his business is performing. Referring affectionately to one particular chart that he calls 'his man' (the graphic loosely resembles the shape of a person, with a head, body and feet), he can immediately see how his team is performing. "We use various metrics, but this chart is my 'go-to' report. If the head, belly or feet are too big, I instantly know which parts of the process we need to address".

A data-driven approach that reveals hidden talent.

Selecting Mercury has allowed Eden Smith to take a data-driven approach to their recruitment service and allowed them to take huge steps forward in achieving efficiency in their process. But it's by leveraging the Power Platform that Eden Smith has made the biggest gains. They knew they had excellent data in their CRM, but felt they needed to unleash the power of that information.
