The process further benefits from integrating D365 Customer Voice feedback mechanisms, allowing for real-time verification of placement details directly from clients. This innovative approach significantly reduces errors, ensuring that invoices reflect accurate services delivered, thus accelerating the payment process. Mercury proposed significant changes to how amendments to client invoices and placement data are managed. Mercury worked on integrating information from transaction lines/fees directly into the Mercury Invoices entity, aiming for a future connection with JAC's finance package, NetSuite.
