Saragossa is a global recruitment company specialising in financial services and technology recruitment. Founded in 2014, they have expanded from Bristol to offices in London and Chicago, with plans for further expansion into New York, West Coast US, Asia, and Europe. The company is approaching 100 employees across their four current offices.
Everyone at Saragossa felt their previous CRM system had significant limitations and wasn't fit for purpose. In some cases, this led to their consultants creating their own 'shadow' databases, highlighting the urgent need for change.
They considered using their existing CRM provider and starting again with a new candidate database but decided that the best approach was to move to a new CRM platform.
