Overcoming Recruitment Challenges
TOA Global faced significant challenges with its previous recruitment software, mainly due to its shortfalls in managing the high volume of placements and the need for seamless integration with TOA's Microsoft suite. They aimed to place approximately 3,300 new vacancies within the year, a huge task for their team of 36 consultants. The manual processes involved in vetting vast numbers of applicants, managing vacancies, and communicating with candidates were inefficient and prone to errors, which affected their ability to scale and maintain quality service.
Compliance and Fraud in Candidate Assessment
TOA was already using Microsoft products, including Microsoft Forms, to assess candidates. However, a lack of robust processes and poor compliance led to a proliferation of forms and even fraud among candidates who shared test answers on social networks so others could cheat the assessment process.
